Priya’s Journey to Success

Priya lived in a small rented house in Mayapuri together with her mother and two sisters. She lost her father, and her mother was the only one earning. She was employed as a housemaid from house to house seeking a living. Priya never really liked to see life put so much stress upon her mother. She wanted to change their life; however, with limited income, it was hard to even imagine a brighter future.

To enforce change, Priya took an interest in her studies. She got to know about Care India Welfare Trust, where she enrolled for computer and BPO training. She worked hard, finished her training, and soon got employed in the BPO industry. As of now, Priya receives a good salary of ₹19,000 a month. She has made her dream of giving her mother a better life true; her mother no longer works as a maid and Priya carelessly looks after her family.
