BPO Training Program

Seeing the trend of increasing job requirements in calling sector now a days, beneficiaries in this project are given professional training of the work environment of BPO. We invite guest volunteers as well who has the experience in the same sector or are also associated with big names in the same sector to give training to beneficiaries.

After the training, the students were more confident, and ready to face interviews for call center executive. We have also provided them job supports.

To create sustainable livelihoods for youths, by providing BPO training to them and facilitating them with placements, thus enabling them with a dignified livelihood which will lead in improvement towards socio economic status of individual adolescent’s .which will have a positive impact on their families and thus society.
