This Project is a CIWT initiative for spreading dignity among & girls by making them self -reliant

All women deserve to be appreciated, respected, and admired. When a woman improves her appearance, an amazing thing happens. People begin to pay attention to her, listen to her, seek her company, and ask her opinion. She becomes more con􀀲dent, and this makes her look even better. As her confidence grows, word to look good with beauty in nail & hair and look good),broadly speaking the trainer of CIWT make sure to counsel ladies and girls about the three Pillars of Beauty that is nail, hair and Face so does the respect she receives 􀁈 at work, at home, everywhere. As her insecurity falls away, she becomes more daring, self-assured, and courageous; she finds she can do anything. Her life improves in every way and wrap in profession and that is why Beauty Parlor Course is dominating in Vocational Training Programme and well designed, oriented Beauty Parlor Course inaugurated in Novenber 2016 at Chuna Bhatti ,Kirti Nagar .􀀽e CIWT Beauty Parlor In this project ,we have targeted girls & women from poor families. We supported them with the material and then they were given classes for self-grooming as well as basic beauty services and are earning well with it .Now they are managing their expenses on their own . We have also helped a few of them by providing job support & placing them in a few well known & nicely paying salons
